Lilly says "Hello again" while her big sister, Penny, sits up in their favourite chair downstairs.
As promised, I want to share with you three more websites...one dealing with webcams, another dealing with animals at the San Diego Zoo and the third dealing with online learning games across the grades.
The first website offers 25 incredible animal "webcams" for science learning at a distance.
The first website offers 25 incredible animal "webcams" for science learning at a distance.
Remember, a webcam is "live time" watching. You can't fast forward or rewind.
(You may find some videos on the site, though)
Many thanks to the teachers who put these great sites together and for sharing them with us. We love learning about the natural world of animals.
Check the site out at the link below! If our Grade Two student has a sibling in another grade, I'm sure they will enjoy watching these great videos and learning from them as well.
The San Diego Zoo offers up a great "child friendly" website.
At the website, you can read cool stories about each animal, play animal games on-line and simply find joy in learning all about the various animals we all love.

Finally, have fun in checking out the many activities offered through ABCya.
If your child has siblings in the other grades at St. Bernard, they can enjoy these activities at their grade level as well through the website.

Oops...gotta go! Seem like something is amiss downstairs!
(Their hobby is pulling the stuffing out of anything that is a stuffy! Yikes!)
